The room was insanely spacious, clean and set up like a jaw-dropping villa. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and really made our stay mind-blowing. The lifeguards at the outdoor swimming pool were super awesome. We were blown away by the amazing service at Sandersons restaurant — we couldn't get enough of their friendliness and the little touches they added. The valets and front door staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The shisha place in the hotel was top-notch and the potential of the attached al seef mall was so exciting! The staff even surprised us with a small cake for our friend's daughter's birthday. We were also given a full refund without any hassle when we had a small issue with the rooms. All in all, a super stay with mind-blowing service!

My recent stay at Andalus Al Seef Resort & Spa was amazing. It felt as though I travelled outside the emirate - a cozy, family-friendly place with a unique atmosphere. The hotel complex is like a small town with shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the Al Seef Village Mall with a big Carrefour shop inside. The spacious studios were great, and the pool area is really relaxing with heated layered pools. The location is good, and the staff, especially Omar at the reception, provided accommodating hospitality even during peak times. The breakfast at the restaurant by the pools was delicious with a great variety of sweet and salty specialties.

This low budget hotel stands out for its nice design. The rooms are family-friendly with breakfast, so that guests have essentials. The property offers amazing location close to Carrefours and restaurants and supermarket. Overall good food, plus there is Victor's Bar & Restaurant close by.

A nice size and tastefully decorated room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath robes. Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location connected to the mall, lovely restaurants in the local area.

Good swimming pool and good and unbeatable location next to an excellent shopping center with various restaurants, Al Seef mall for groceries and the Al Bateen executive airport. The rooms with A/C and the bathrooms, for example.

The restaurant here was good with a moderate choice of restaurants, we both ordered warm dishes. Plus we had a personal safe, an air conditioning and an electronic key card.

The location in a good area was great and stunning and there where gift stores and a drugstore nearby. Also, there was a multi-purpose stadium, set within 5 minutes drive. Our room was huge and cheap, included climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

We liked it. The hotel was unusual and in a very central location. Again, it was not too far from Al Bateen Shipyard.

Views appeared to be really bad.

The staff helped us and were very welcoming.

Breakfast, it was very limited, could be better.
